How to ask
- Email info@ultrand.tech with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Tell us how you contacted the business: the business name, and your Facebook or Instagram name, WhatsApp number or email address.
- We confirm your request within 5 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We’ll email you when it’s done, with a reference number for your records.
We may ask you to confirm the request from the account or number concerned, so that nobody else can delete your data.
What we delete
- Conversation history and messages, including those from Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp.
- Bookings made through our tools, your contact details, and any drafted replies about you.
- Enquiries you sent through our website.
We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and payment records (generally for 5 years). Messages stored by Meta in your own Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account are controlled by Meta and you; delete those in the app.
If you contacted a business that uses Ultrand
The business is responsible for your information and we process it on its behalf. You can ask either the business or us; we’ll make sure the deletion happens either way.
